FakeStake is a free casino simulator for entertainment purposes only. All in-game currency is virtual and has no real-world value. No real money can be deposited, wagered, or won.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use this site. By using FakeStake you confirm you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
5. No Gambling
FakeStake does not operate as a gambling platform. No real money is at stake. Game outcomes use simulated randomness for entertainment only.
6. Accounts & Fair Play
Creating an account (via Google sign-in) is optional and free. Ranked game outcomes are generated and validated server-side; attempting to manipulate results, balances or the client (e.g. tampering with requests or randomness) may lead to your account being blocked or wiped. You can delete or reset your account yourself at any time in Settings. We may remove accounts or nicknames that are abusive or unlawful.
7. Random Rewards (Loot-Box-Style Mechanics)
Some games (e.g. cases, packs and vault-style games) award randomized virtual items. These items are cosmetic simulation content only: they cannot be bought for real money, cannot be traded or withdrawn, and have no monetary value. Drop probabilities are displayed inside the games.
