Starlight Princess Slot Review — Free Demo Guide

Starlight Princess was Pragmatic's first anime-inspired slot, and under the art it is a pay-anywhere machine: 8 to 30 matching symbols anywhere on a 6×5 board. Players who know the Olympus games will recognise the maths immediately, which is the most useful thing to say about it up front.

How Starlight Princess Works

8 to 30 matching symbols anywhere count as a win, and winning symbols tumble away and new ones fall in. Multiplier symbols from 2× to 500× on any spin, added together at the end of each tumble sequence — that summing step is the whole engine. 4 or more scatters: 15 free spins with a running total multiplier, and 3 or more scatters add 5 free spins.

• ✓Grid: 6×5.

• ✓Multipliers: multiplier symbols from 2× to 500× on any spin, added together at the end of each tumble sequence.

• ✓Retrigger: 3 or more scatters add 5 free spins.
• ✓Bonus buy: 100× the bet.

RTP, Volatility and Max Win

Pragmatic lists 96.50%, with 95.51% and 94.50% available to casinos, and the studio itself calls the game highly volatile; the published ceiling is 5,000×. Our volatility label is high.

What to Watch in the Demo

Watch the multiplier total at the end of each tumble sequence rather than the numbers flashing during it, and note how often that total is small. Then watch a free-spins round to the end without deciding early that it is a good one — the running total is the point of the bonus, and its spread is wide. Doing this a few times for free is worth more than any review, including this one.

Playing Starlight Princess Free

This page runs the provider's demo on play money that never touches your FakeStake balance. Spend the free spins here first: the summed multipliers are the part of the game that is hardest to judge from a video.

Who Starlight Princess Is For

For players who want the Olympus maths with different art, and who are comfortable with a session that rides on one bonus. Not for players who want frequent, small returns.

• ✓The ante bet buys frequency, not value — test it in the demo over a few hundred spins before deciding.
• ✓Read the multiplier total at the end of a tumble, not during it; the intermediate numbers are noise.
